After Wong was found to have diverted funds from L-Strategies , Stan Fitzgerald in an effort to allow her to depart from all organizations and save face made the following written offer to Wong. Clearly the offer was not a demand to protect Fitzgerald or Craig but an offer to avoid litigation against Wong where she was culpable. Fitzgerald was over generous to forgive Wong and her debt.
